I was so inspired to begin this blog almost 2 years ago, but then i didn't have much time to spend writing! But I am learning so much and have much to share so maybe i will give it a whirl and not worry too much about the quality of my writing right now (mommy brain).
Since I began this blog we have moved to a new home on 11 mountainous acres. We have added chickens, ducks, pigs, goats, a llama, 3 cats, and a livestock guardian dog to our farm in one short year. whew! it's been an adventure and quickly becoming a full time job for me. now i really want to add a farm partner to that list, particularly one who specializes in carpentry and butchering! But seriously, i dream of finding a family or two who share a passion for this life to move to our homestead! so any unschooling traditional foodie farmers out there who are interested, please contact me!
